Membership Responsibilities: I understand and agree to clean up after myself and maintain a tidy workspace after each studio session. Members are responsible for adhering to the studio’s guidelines regarding the use of equipment, materials, and shared spaces. Rule and Guideline Changes: I acknowledge that the studio reserves the right to change rules and guidelines at its discretion. The studio will communicate any changes to members in a timely manner, and it is my responsibility to stay informed about updated policies. Membership Costs: I am aware of the current cost of my membership. The studio reserves the right to adjust membership fees at its discretion, with advance notice provided to members. Usage of Studio Equipment and Materials: I agree to use studio equipment and materials responsibly and in accordance with provided guidelines. Any damage caused by misuse of studio property may result in additional charges or consequences as determined by the studio. Membership Duration: Membership is valid on a monthly basis and will automatically renew until canceled. I understand that failure to renew my membership may result in the loss of studio access and privileges. Termination of Membership: The studio reserves the right to terminate a membership at its discretion for reasons including but not limited to violation of studio rules, disruptive behavior, or failure to meet financial obligations. Reservation of Studio Equipment: The studio reserves the right to allocate and reserve studio equipment, such as pottery wheels, during scheduled class times. The studio may also reserve equipment outside of scheduled class times, with advance notice. Members are encouraged to coordinate with the studio staff to ensure availability and a smooth class experience. Cancellation Policy: Members must provide notice of membership cancellation on or before the 21st of the month to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. Cancellations received after the 21st will be processed for the following month. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing, in person, or over the phone to info@redlandspotteryproject.com or 909-206-2224. Any charges incurred due to failure to comply with this cancellation policy are the responsibility of the member. I, the undersigned, have carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this membership agreement. I agree to comply with the rules and guidelines set forth by Redlands Pottery Project and accept any changes made by the studio as outlined in this agreement.
